There may be potential shipping delays due to high volume of orders or postal service problems, these are out of our control but we will do the best to work through them as quickly as possible. We offer shipping in the US. Free Shopping is offered for any orders above $30.

Your satisfaction is our priority. That's why we offer a 90-day guarantee on Happy Toilet Cleaner tm, Happy Toilet Deuce tm , Happy Toilet tm Unnecessary Toilet Brush and Happy Tablet tm purchases. If you're not completely satisfied with your product within 90 days of purchase, if the item is in its original condition, simply contact us at Customerservice@happytoilet.com let us know why your unhappy with your purchase and want a refund. We will process a return slip and send it to you, this return slip, must be included with your return. Once we receive your return back, we will process the refund, minus any shipping costs for the return or replacement. Our dedicated team is here to guide you through the process and ensure that your return is handled efficiently and professionally. It's our way of ensuring that you're happy with your purchase, no matter what.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Damages or product concerns
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, within 10 days at 480-797-6201 or email us at customerservice@happytoilet.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

There is no warranty on other Happy Toilet Products, other than the 90-day guarantee.
