We offer shipping in the US. Free Shipping is offered for any orders above $30.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns: Return or Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. That's why we offer a 90-day guarantee on Happy Toilet Cleaner™, Happy Toilet Deuce™, Happy Toilet™ Unnecessary Toilet Brush, and Happy Tablet™ purchases.

If you're not completely satisfied with your product within 90 days of purchase, and if the item is in its original condition, simply contact us at customerservice@happytoilet.com. Let us know why you are unhappy with your purchase and want a refund. We will process a return slip and send it to you; this return slip must be included with your return. Once we receive your return back, we will process the refund, minus any shipping costs for the return or replacement. Our dedicated team is here to guide you through the process and ensure that your return is handled efficiently and professionally. It's our way of ensuring that you're happy with your purchase, no matter what.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages or product concerns

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, within 10 days, at 480-797-6201 or email us at customerservice@happytoilet.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

There is no warranty on other Happy Toilet Products, other than the 90-day guarantee.
