Fantastic idea

"As a plumber myself, I would see rubber parts in a toilet eaten away from the chlorine in the water and start to leak. I also didn’t want to drink or shower in chlorinated water. Chlorine does a good job of disinfecting but is not healthy. As a result of my whole home chlorine filter, my toilets would get dirty a lot faster. Happy toilet solves that problem by keeping the chlorine away from the rubber parts and only in the toilet. This way I can be chlorine healthy and have a clean toilet bowl. Thanks Guys!!"

Household essential!!

"You’re looking at this… you need it, just buy it! It’s an investment. For the past 10 years, I have bought just about anything that claims to help maintain a clean toilet, and Happy Toilet has been the ONLY one that has worked. I have had it for one month, and I’m incredibly impressed with the product. You can visibly notice a difference. I installed the device on both on my toilets and as soon as my third bathroom is remodeled, I will be installing a device on that third toilet. This is an essential for every household. My sister will be trying it, and I am sure after day one of installation she will be ordering for all the bathrooms. The customer service is top notch! I could not figure out how to install the device and when I emailed their customer service, Linda responded within 24hrs. Linda asked questions, I sent her pictures, she told me I got the wrong device and she helped me with exchanging and getting the correct one. Make sure you check your toilet before buying because if you are like me, I assumed all the tanks were the same (I have never observed the toilet tank until I had to install this device). I really struggled with the installation for the deuce device. The Happy Toilet YouTube directional video is amazing, but they are professionals and make it look so easy. I felt like I was about to break something, but Linda reassured me to keep turning the cap and apply pressure. Just keep turning and don’t give up, because the cap eventually comes off- if you have the deuce device. My best friend bought the regular device and she installed hers in probably 5 minutes of less. Maybe the regular device is easier to install."

Doesn't fit our toilet

"I ordered & was charged for 2 devices & 1 bag of refill tablets. Received only 1 device & the bag of tablets. It turns out that the device does not fit the type of flush I have in my toilet. They did allow me to return it all but I'm still waiting for the refund to be credited back to me. They did tell me that a new device that will fit my toilet should be available in about 6 weeks. 🙂"

Great Idea

"We have used various blueing and bleach tablets in our tanks for years, but never felt they were very effective. The bleach also damages the seals, which start to leave black residue in the tank. Happy Toilet Cleaner is the perfect solution and when you understand how they work, it makes perfect sense. We have low flow toilets, with two flush levels, so the interior mechanism is non-standard. There was no room for the Happy Toilet device to slip into the overflow pipe, as everything was too close to the side wall of the tank and the flush mechanism. I bought a 1 inch diameter piece of clear tubing at the hardware store, which was small enough to fit in the overflow pipe and big enough to accommodate the Happy Toilet outflow. The tubing flexed just enough I could bend it a little to cover the distance between the two. We now have two sparkling clean toilets."

It works!

"It could have some additional clips to secure it, but once I got it situated it’s been working far better than the old FluidMaster system it replaced. Yes, the initial buy in is pricey, however the long run is less because you can use virtually ANY tablet and don’t need a proprietary cartridge. We use the Clorox Bleach tabs and have notice a big improvement over the previous system. Will you still have to scrub now and again? Of course, but the biggest difference has been no more “ring around the bowl” where the water sits and much less need to toilet brush."
