Determining compatibility is crucial for optimal performance. If you have a gravity flush tank with an overflow tube, the Happy Toilet Cleaner™ will work with your toilet flushing system. However, if you’re unsure, there are a few key factors to consider:

• Check if there is a hose from the fill valve to the overflow tube.
• Verify if the overflow tube is outside the large canister-style flush valve.
• If your toilet plumbing parts are not compatible, don’t worry. A new flush valve with an overflow tube can be installed to accommodate the Happy Toilet Cleaner™.
• There is a diagram of the gravity flushing system with an overflow tube, shown on the installation page of our website.

We recommend using our Happy Toilet Ultra Toilet Cleaning Tablet™ (Ultra cleaning with bleach) or soon-to-be-available Happy Toilet Pure Toilet Cleaning Tablet™ (non-bleach toilet cleaning tablet, safe for septic tanks, etc.). They are specifically designed for the highest performance with your Happy Toilet Cleaner™ and Happy Toilet Deuce™. You can purchase our toilet cleaning tablets here.

The Happy Toilet Cleaner™ and Happy Toilet Deuce™ themselves are a septic safe toilet cleaning tablet holders. However, the safety of your septic system ultimately depends on the cleaning tablets you choose. We recommend using septic-safe cleaning tablets specifically formulated for septic systems to avoid any potential harm to your septic tank and its bacteria. Our Happy Toilet Pure Toilet Cleaning Tablets™ are septic safe toilet cleaning tablets.

Your order will typically be processed and shipped within 1–5 business days excluding holidays. We do offer faster shipping options via UPS at checkout.

There may be potential shipping delays due to high volume of orders or postal service problems—these are out of our control, but we will do our best to work through them as quickly as possible. We offer free shipping in the US for orders of $30 or more, but do not offer international shipping at this time.
